Blog 3, Marking Period 2

Okay so Caitlin now leaves the party with Rogerson and they are sitting in the car, before you know it Rogerson is kissing Caitlin and she felt like it was so wrong because she had just met the guy. But she did it anyways. they stood in the car with each other for another 30 minutes and then he takes Caitlin home. The next morning Cailting is watching tv and studying and while she's flipping through the channels she sees her sister on tv on that show "Lamont Whipper Show" she couldn't believe it and then her mother comes into the room and sees the tv and she is completely in shock that she is okay.

Okay so I haven't posted a blog in forever, so let me catch you guys up. I'm still reading Dreamland by Sarah Dessen and it's a great book. Like I told you guys before I hate reading so I actually found an audio version of my book and it's working great for me, I'm getting through the book quicker and it's more enjoyable that way. So if anyone is like me finding an audio of your book might be helpful. Okay so in the book right now Cailtin just had the first cheerleading meet and she got hurt because she was distracted by a man in the crowd that was supposedly screaming her missing sisters name at her and she was very thrown off by it but she feels as if her sister is trying to communicate with her, she doesn't pay much mind to it though. After the meet the cheerleaders plan to go to a party that's one of the football players I having buy before that they stop at the car wash to vacuum in out Kelly's car from the night before because her boyfriend was drunk out his mind. Cailtin goes to exchanger 2 dollars into quarters when she runs into Rogerson, she is completely amazed by his looks. They finally arrive at the party and the girls were trying to get Cailtin to hook up with mike but she wasn't interested, she wanted Rogerson.

Extra Credit

Okay so last week we were creating our own plays and then acting them out with our classmates. I personally enjoyed the experience although it was a little challenging it gets people out of there comfort zone. I believe my group did a great job and so did everyone else. Our play was about a young man who went through a terrible break up and turned to alcohol to "fix"his problems, he then starts to attend AA meetings and meets a young lady who experienced something very similar. They begin to hang out and become closer and eventually end up together. I would like to do something like this again in the future, it was fun and a learning experience.

So I started this new book and I can't get my face out of it, its a great book. It's called Dreamland by Sarah Dessen. I didn't even pick the book, Mrs. Kennedy just threw it to me the other day in class. So far it's about an 18 year old girl who goes missing days before she's supposed to leave to college. Soon after I find out that she didn't go missing, she ran away from home. Nobody could understand why she would run away because they live a perfect life. They believe she ran away with her security guard boyfriend. Buts that's all I've read so far.
